LIFE Explosion in Ontario Canada

27 Mar
Some people ask if this will work? Saturday March 10, 2012 at the LIFE/TEAM seminar there were:
  • many new Team 10’s and Team 25’s and Turbo 10’s
  • 17 New Turbo 25’s
  • 2 New Turbo 50’s
  • 3 New Turbo 100’s
  • 1 New Round Table Member

… I think its working extremely well. Doubled our numbers!!!

Congratulations to all the winners of Operation Advance, Raylene and I are very proud of each and every one of you. Your passion, commitment, and perseverance was outstanding. To all those that ran hard and came up short – Congratulations on your valiant effort, know that your that much closer to your next goal. Although not everyone will cross stage and be recognized, know that your efforts did not go unnoticed and everyone that was there played a huge part in the success of this seminar.

Setting goals and striving for them wasn’t the difficult part for us, it was the frustration of coming up short each time we set the goal. Our mentors, Claude and Lana Hamilton have helped us PDCA (plan, do check, and adjust) and course correct our actions and attitudes toward the process. What I have learned about goal setting is that at least with a goal out in front of me, even if I happen to fall short, I have learned lessons along the way and I am that much further ahead then if I hadn’t set the goal or ran for it at all. We’ve all heard “If you don’t have a goal, you will hit it with amazing accuracy.”  In our experience with building communities, we have only ever hit 7 of our goals the first time we set them, but every experience has been life changing whether we hit them or not, and has taught us many lessons in moving forward, with resetting, re-framing and running even harder the next time.

As Winston Churchill said, “Never give in, never, never – in nothing, great or small, large or petty – never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense”

“Sacrifice is nothing more than the production of sacred things.” Claude Hamilton

Congratulations to all the teams that were involved with making Aylmer Ontario a great success!!!

God bless,

That seminar was a huge turning point in our career in Community Building! Thanks to Wayne & Raylene as well as Claude & Lana Hamilton for coming to serve the team in Southern Ontario. You are incredible leaders. And congratulations to everyone who developed the mental fitness to set a goal and then worked hard to achieve it. Your commitment will be rewarded.

With so many issues in our economy and in society, it’s great to have the LIFE business to offer our hurting countries.

Wow working is an understatement and there is so much truth in what you wrote for quite a while I can remember you and Claude telling me just hang in there, just don’t quite. Look what happened turbo 100 at age 49 and another turbo 100 way below showing this is no pyramid at the age of 23 fired up! Such a team effort all around from the team 10 and 25’s to the tubo 10 and 25’s hats off to all putting in such an amazing effort right to the end. But each time I look at the goals that we haven’t hit its so amazing how much closer we where to those goals for pushing for them in the first place. Thankfully we have been able to PDCA under you and Raylene just as you did under Claude and Lana. As you said not everyone crossed stage but truly everyone was involved for every last ticket raised someone to that new rank, that next level and now its time to build below that bottom person and head for a larger venue. Wow one person sure can make a big difference this was a great accomplishment for all of the teams present for tomorrows dreams were birthed at last months seminar for so many new prospects. Fantastic job by all and an extra special thank you to Wayne and Raylene MacNamara and Claude and Lana Hamilton for offering us the ability to offer others a better tomorrow and leave the past where it belongs. In the past!

    God Bless

The Aylmer seminar on March 10th was fantastic! My Dad and step Mom attended their first TEAM seminar. His comment to me when it was over was “Wade, you need to get everyone that doesn’t believe to one of these seminars!” (Really?? Do you think so?? lol) He was very impressed with the professionalism of the whole production and speakers. Thank you Wayne and Raylene for setting the stage for great TEAM culture. This was a great way for some of our organization to plug into a live event to get the vision of where we are going in Central/Eastern Ontario.

Operation Advance was a huge success. The seminars in Ontario will never be the same again.
Thanks Wayne and Raylene for your encouragement and your insights. Goal setting has always been a personal challenge (I’ve never been good at it). With the mentorship available in LIFE and on the TEAM I know that I will personally get better at goal setting and will in turn be able to help others to set and achieve their own goals.
    Thanks again!

Indeed! It was the most amazing leadership seminar I have attended yet! Striving hard and hitting our own goals by helping others achieve theirs is the most rewarding way to make money and make a difference in peoples lives. Thanks to Wayne and Raylene and Claude and Lana for their continuous support and effort in helping us all achieve the LIFE! We’ve always wanted. Truly a TEAM effort from start to finish!

Incredible Seminar in Aylmer! To Wayne and Raylene thank you for your continuous support to Aiden and I in our business and life coaching. My parents came to this seminar to see what we are doing and were really impressed with both of Claude’s talks. Claude’s 2nd talk comparing investing in your business creating a passive income a couple of hrs/ week vs. working 45-55 years trying to save for retirement really opened up the audiences eyes to what we can accomplish. My father, who has owned his own business and been very successful in launching it in Ontario and some Northern States immediately went on the LLR program after the seminar. The system is in place because it works…and as Chris Brady says “If there was a problem, we’d have already looked at fixing it.”
