Meet Wayne MacNamara
My name is Wayne MacNamara and I currently reside in London, Ontario, Canada with my wife Raylene and son Beau. I was born and raised on the East coast of Canada in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Raylene and I moved to Ontario for economic reasons after graduating from high school. I am a business owner in the leadership development industry, as well as do public speaking across North America on personal growth and leadership. I make an effort to live everyday striving for excellence in 8 areas of my life: Faith, Freedom, Family, Friends, Finances, Fun, Following, and Fitness. I love challenging myself and growing in these areas everyday, and have a passion to lead others to do the same.

When you came and spoke in Mansfield Ohio last month you were a true inspiration!! My wife Mary and I were honored to be there and our organization burned up there note pads with a laugh on their heart and a dream in their eye. You make it real!!
P.S. I didn’t know you had that much humor in you, we were laughing so hard I had tears running down my face and I couldn’t breath.

It has been a long journey for me the last few years with a lot of obstacles some out of my control, others I let happen. Thank you to Wayne and Raylene for introducing me to TEAM and all that has come from that. I now know my self better and am still discovering more about the me. I truly want to follow in Wayne and Raylene’s foot steps and the foot steps of those that they, themselves followed to get to where they are now. It is a true blessing in my life for what they gave me and didn’t even know what I would do with it. Thanks Wayne and Raylene.

I wanted to drop a quick note here about the positive influence that Wayne and Raylene have been in my life. I met Wayne a few short years ago, and I couldn’t have imagined at that first meeting that this was going to be one of the most important relationships that I would be blessed to have.
Wayne is a phenomenal connector to impactful information through the 8 F’s which he helped tailor for my personal situation. In other words – he got to know me, and rather than telling me what I should do – he modelled the behaviour, and shared life changing information with me which I could digest and implement at my own speed. Throughout my life – he was the first person to do this – model (exhibit) and then share and help me to grow better in those areas.
I want to say thank you to both Wayne and Raylene for sharing truth into my life, and for helping me to be hungry to grow and change to be a better man.

Hi Wayne,
You and Raylene are a great inspiration to a lot of people including us. Not just because you are great climbers leading from the front but more importantly because you love and care about people enough that you are willing to reach a hand down and pull them up by helping them see through their limiting beliefs and encouraging them on their journey because you truly want others to succeed too.

Wayne, I am ever grateful that you introduced me and my family to the LIFE materials a number of years ago. Because of them, our finances, marriage and relationships are better. I really appreciate the leadership materials, I have been able apply them in church leadership positions, and recently started mentoring a group of high school boys where I use the information I have learned from the LIFE materials to help them grow and deal with real issues in there lives.

I’m always encouraged when I hear about some of the struggles that have gone on in another person’s life and when they have that moment of victory. It seems like time and time again Wayne and Raylene have hit yet another victory. I really appreciate you Wayne, for being a man that will lead his family, a man that I want to spend time around, a man concerned about his character ahead of his reputation. What I truly admire is the intensity and focus that you bring to every aspect of your life and that you enjoy life to the fullest.
I have had the privilege of knowing you for a few years now, seeing you make difficult choices, seeing you care for others and their family and now seeing you become a father is really great.
